  We recently purchased a Supreme Territory from Caravan World and we are first time caravan owners. The purchase was made very easy by Luke and Chloe. The hand over was amazing and extremely thorough by Marty with him spending hours with us, explaining every detail. We had one issue with the van a few days later and it was very quickly addressed and solved, by Bradley, the Dealer Principal. There is a great array of vans on their lot to see and very personalised service. We visited many other dealers and didn’t even get to see a salesman. Highly recommend Caravan World for their selection, knowledge and after sales service.

  Hmm - mixed experiences here. Some of the salesmen are old style pressure types with 'another buyer on the phone', 'another buyer on the way', 'another buyer coming up the highway' and 'about ten minutes to make an offer' crap. Some other sales staff were very helpful, and the one we eventually bought from was great - nothing was too much trouble, even taking the van to the weighbridge to confirm its weight. The handover guy was FANTASTIC. A problem with rego took a few phone calls to fix but was fixed without complaint. Different staff gave different levels of service. Maybe some staff need a shake up or to go. We do love our caravan! It was all they said it would be.
